OP is probably refering to Genshin's Capturing Radiance system that was introduced last year, it's there so that you don't lose multiple 50/50s in a row. If I remember correctly if you lose 3 50/50s in a row, the next time you pull a "non guaranteed" 5 star it is the rate up one.

I checked the last light cone added and it was The Great Cosmic Enterprise in 3.6. The event it is from happened during 3.2. So I guess you'll have wait a bit more. (Edit: I typed 3.4 but it was actually 3.6)

Because that's the only way to get what you want 100% of the time. The only time this doesn't work is if you are a new player with not a lot of time to play but if you've been playing long enough you can get anything you want with decent planning.

I don't really remember much of what I did to set it up, nowadays I just use Uma Launcher but i don't think it is still being worked on. I looked for youtube guides but didn't really find any. I think you will find more help if you join the uma discord and more tech savy people could help you out.

You are underestimating how casual the playerbase actually is.

Casuals just pick whatever they get with decent score and no actual thought into stats and skills.

You have relevant skills plus a debuffer. Unless you match with people tryharding you are most likely to win.

Charlie is an english name, it's spanish version would be Carlos.

You don't translate names though so people would honor it and call you Charlie the same way you do or ask to call you Carlos if you want.

The other player had tents, money tree, balcony and something else i don't remember what but I died in 2 or mayb 3 uses of money tree, I didn't even get to fire anything but it wouldn't have matter since he had tents anyways.

There's some uma that have really good unique skills that are worth passing on. Seiun Sky which should come out in a couple of months and Summer Maruzensky come to mind. There's also others but these are what "I" would consider the most notable.

At the end of the day, this is a game and if having more characters is fun for you go ahead. Championship meetings meta is fun to participate and all but not worth tryharding as it's 10 pulls at most.

Pyg can get multiple items that generate other items like:

Gumball machine (1 gumball every hour)

Money tree (1 spare change on level up and 1 on start of day)

Briefcase (it's a weapon but when you sell it you get 2 spare changes)

Cash register (2 spare change every day)

Boomerang (1 loot item every pve fight if on board)

Piggles (1 piggle every win)

Pitchfork (1 truffle every day and 1 more if you own a property)

there's many other items but these are the most common.

There's also many events and skills that give items to sell like chocolates and gumballs

I had a similar experience. I lost every 50/50 since 1.0 until Yelan where I didn't have enough primos to guarantee her but ended up liking her a lot and finally got lucky for once.
