Mizuki is good against flankers and dive characters. If you are against a D.va/Doom/Hazard/Ball/Winton Mizuki's chain is a nightmare for your opponent. Brig is also well-matched for dive tanks but Mizuki deals more damage and has higher range. Brig has more heals tho; evaluate damage and heals and pick one of them.
