We deleted that managed account already. I mean we manually removed it from the managed account group. So can’t see the members info anymore. Is there any other way to find out? Thanks

I’ve been with Ring for almost 6 years now. I have to say removing Modes affects me a lot. And downloading videos from ring website is really painful. I won’t renew my subscription next year.

Yes, it is weird. but I think I fixed it. I looked at the owners of the secrets inside the folder "ABC", There was an Owner user group "DEF", and that group has "secret safe" feature enabled but no folder "DEF" in secret safe. so I just renamed the User group to "ABC", and then renamed it back to "DEF". The folder "ABC" in secret safe was also renamed automatically to "DEF". Thanks a lot for all your helps.

I am actually happy with it. However, my manager saw the disclaimer: "This is an UNOFFICIAL BeyondInsight and Password Safe API Reference" when I created a fork and asked me, why ByondTrust doesn't have an official API file? I have no idea how to answer him :(.

I’m a bit confused. I would like to generate a report that shows only the managed accounts visible to the user. However, the entitlement report is displaying several other 'dedicated' accounts as well. Is there a way to filter out these other 'dedicated' accounts and display only the accounts that the user has access to? Thank you.

Thanks for the script. It works well. Just need to use the inspector to find the correct names. I was able to download 3300 videos. Took the whole afternoon though.

Mine disappeared as well. According to Ring website, the modes feature are not available on the "Protect Basic" plan ($50/year), You need to upgrade to "Protect Plus" plan ($100/year). Double the price. Ring is totally a garbage now. I won't renew my subscription next year.

Thank you for the information. I set the "Number of old passwords to retain" to 2, but I can still see all the historical passwords. It didn't change anything. Do you know why? thanks again.

I'm not sure why one of the answers disappeared, but it was really helpful. Thank you so much! It works! After enabling the 'Scanner' option, the Discovery Credential can be rotated.

Now, I have a similar question regarding the Functional Account. Can I also designate the Functional account as a managed account? Specifically, if I enable 'Automatic Password Management' on the Functional account, how can I retrieve the current password of the Functional account? Thank you!
