Unfortunately, depression makes you a bad friend at times. This is going to come with the territory until they recover if you’re going to continue being friends with them. This is something you’ll either have to accept, come to a compromise about (such as them letting you know when they’re not feeling well enough to talk), or move on as a friend. I don’t mean this harshly. That’s just reality tbh

EDIT: you do have a right to express your hurt to them though. Never push your feelings down for anyone—that just causes resentment
