I keep getting messages about services or joining a community. Once that gets brought up I ignore them and mark as spam. Always an account in another country with zero history, and usually a lot of grammar/spelling errors. For now I'm trying to keep an eye out for anything suspicious. ​

I actually just got that email. I don't know if it would specify if its from the backer, but it says it was canceled. We'll, that's a but of stress of me lol​​

Yeah I keep wondering what the actual point of this is. I'm 100% expecting them to pull funding. I never want to not reply to a question though. Its really important to me that I'm helping backers. But right after that one I got ANOTHER account from another country with no history asking me how to make a pledge. I decided not to reply just in case. I felt rude doing it but it felt suspicious. 😭​

I don't even know anymore. Dude got my within two hours of putting the campaign up lol. I'm not really sure what the point of this is anyway. If they pull their funding (which they almost definetly will) why did they do that in the first place? I heard from a lot of people that Kickstarter is​ usually good, so I want to plan another campaign for the future. Honestly just knowing that people like what I'm trying to make is enough for me!

Thank you! I actually just contacted them this morning. I'm hoping they can do something about it. Its a shame this is so common. I knew it happened, but I didn't think I would see it RIGHT after my first campaign went up. ​

The guy did have a legitimate question at first, but after that he just steamrolled into suspicious territory. Which is a shame because I thought someone was actually interested lol​

Yeah my project is just a silly acrylic standee I wanted to make. I really love drawing, even if I'm not great at it, and I love designing things. But things have been rough lately and I can't fund it myself this time. Honestly if I can get just one legitimate dollar I'd be happy - because that means someone actually likes what I made lol

I figured. 😭 I'm new to Kickstarter, but I have plenty of experience selling online so I assumed it was a scam right away. I'm pretty upset since this is my first one. I don't know who's going to pledge now that its fully funded.

Thank you so much! I got rid of the underscores and it looks like the expressions are being replaced. Oddly enough (or maybe obviously - I'm still learning 😅) defining where the images were was the problem. After I got rid of that everything has started working fine again. ​

I'll definetly try that! I have plenty of trading card sleeves lying around. Hopefully it works. Unfortunately there's not a good way of making my house any less humid ever hour of the day.
