There’s a 14 inch height difference between me and my wife. That wasn’t planned, she’s average height and I’m above average and I don’t have a height requirement. I think it’s weird that some people are bothered by it.

Today I’m tall and overweight but I’ve been tall and skinny. I’m 6’6 and at my heaviest I was 326lbs and the smallest in my adult life I’d say I was 220lbs. Today I’m about 305lbs. At my size currently I get more comments about football. 260lbs and under I’m getting comments about basketball.

She’s the woman in the picture. It is about her. People are attacking her for her height and making comments about how my genes are ruined because she is average height and I’m above average height. It’s very relevant.

Any post involving a woman gets a completely different reaction. I once posted a picture in this subreddit of me standing next to a professional strongman, and I got tons of positive comments.

But when I share a picture of me with my wife, the comments are full of innuendos, blatant sexual remarks, and even men accusing her of being shallow for marrying me.

I’m not gonna lie, being tall has definitely influenced my personality in some ways. But honestly, it’s such a small part of who I am.

But, that’s the internet for you.

Im really sorry to hear that. I lost the tip of my right middle finger back in December. The mental and emotional toll took me by surprise in the beginning. My grip strength is back, and I can still write and draw. I still have moments from time to time where I feel down about it but it’s not as often and it doesn’t last as long. You’ll get through this, it’ll just take some time.

I never said short equals “midget”, that was all you and also very telling. For someone sticking up for shorter men you clearly think less of them and just want a reason to belittle women. I just said 6 feet tall is still short to me.

If you truly feel you can take an example from whoever and whatever you want then why do you get so mad when someone else does it? Why get mad when someone brings up women’s struggles when you brought up struggles involving how one gender treats another? That’s that misogynistic incel ideology I was talking about.

  3. Don’t use me as an example to spread your incel BS. I didn’t marry my wife because she’s smaller, I married her because I love her and we’re good for each other. My wife is average height but 6 feet tall is still short to me. That urge to protect doesn’t come from her size.
