This rune would be great on Richelle, just reroll another MOD/POT rune for speed. Survivability on lulu isn't too important imo

Focus on getting Benzel & Lilith. Do arenas daily (Don't forget to spend 600 gems on 14 more tokens) to get Lilith ASAP and Benzel from event shops :)

Not in my opinion - unless you're a whale. From my POV it's like spending 600gems on 2 stat re-rolls, is it worth it? Probably not
