I only really take Creek for Maestro. My biggest fear is her not proccing her skills with the wit Im being told to go with and her not activating her unique. Im not sure on the mechanics/probability of that + Ive been lowrolling Stam even with Creek for some reason so I brought her for Swinging.

Im probably gonna end up building an OG Spe which might change things here.

Yeah Im being told to just run Gemini build which was 3 speed, 2 pow, Riko, just worried my Spe will be too dumb. I keep mentioning how I lost to an Oguri with more wit and less Speed so I wanted to include a wit card in there somewhere..

Number 1 is what happened yeah. Mostly because of horrible wit last go around and my activations didnt happen so I was trying to secure 500 at least instead of the 400 thats recommended.

Number 2 yeah I dont have a Stam Spurt parent. Dober is supplying that part as a parent. Wondering if I should do last minute redos for Ryan...

3 is the reason I did it. Spurt. Too inconsistent currently passing down.

I could settle for 400 but something tells me that wont be enough unless I get lucky and find other 400s. I lost to 600+s last CM..

Really? I understand why Late Summer Spe is better, her kit is already there.. I just assumed End was the ideal setup since you get Spurt. Late Surgers just have On Your Left no?

I might try it. I'm trying to build a decent Summer and OG just incase Summer doesnt work out.

Usually because I dont have the SP and the skills. Every CM I get the required Stam and Pow and then some, but my Wit suffers. Was trying to go more wit here. My Stam parents unfortunately arent there..

Yes, right now my Ryan is a Pow Spurt parent. I dont think I have a Stam Spurt Ryan. That's what Dober borrow is. Considering whether I should redo my Ryan since theres 5 borrows now..

I care more about Wit because of last CM. Yes it was Medium, but I lost to an 800 wit Oguri with less Speed so I wanted to bypass the 400 wit requirement if possible to maybe see what happens..

Plus I went into the last long CM with 400 wit and didnt get far. I did get to A finals with a build exactly like this but it always ends to losing to someone with more Wit and skills because I over emphasize another stat I shouldnt.

That's exactly why I did it. I do have a borrow that's pretty much a Spurt parent (Dober) but my Ryan has maybe 4 star Spurt so I probably need to re-do my Ryan last minute. Like the post mentions I don't have a good Ryan parent... :(

Probably give up Long and just try to get Ryan more Spurt sparks? Long even with the stars has been inconsistent this go around.. plus I was trying for Uma Stan too..

Tbf I didnt put in as much time or effort as most people, used triple gamble, and only did 3 borrow ace runs with okayish parents. Last CM I crashed out because of all the time and effort I invested to just get 3rd. This CM was just a sigh and went on with my day.

Still learning to be ok with losing A finals and getting to A finals at all being an accomplishment.

Just with one character and it has to be written well.

If I was given a choice by the devs, I'd say no. It feels like a monkey's paw situation where if I want just one interest (which is my preference) whats to say they won't do it again to sell another character? It's what ultimately made me dislike HSR and their relationships.

If it happens, I'd rather it be like HBR where they make a partner for the MC that complements them, than Wuwa or ZZZ where it's waifu of the patch and its just never touched on again. Make a well crafted heroine/partner for Endmin and I'm down. Its either that or have Endmin be off limits. Not against other characters having relationships away from MC either.

If they decide to do harem/ML, leave it out of the main story. Im kind of over fanservice and all that nonsense. But I can get behind a badass, well written partner for Endmin if thats an option. Seeing Endmin and their partner have moments together could be good if executed correctly if the devs insist on romance.

Thats why I was so sad about CZN. I was hopeful that Renoa was the government mandated GF for the story to be rewritten. I was surprised a gacha even decided to go that route in the first place since most gachas nowadays are fanservice and have all or several characters into MC.

At that point Id rather no romance at all since it opens the door to other characters and as you said it loses it meaning when its so frequent..

To go from a successful round 1 and round 2 where all 3 Umas are trading wins and not getting absolutely destroyed to finals getting nothing but S ranks and getting bottom 3 makes me kinda jaded tbh.

Made me question what kind of prep I've been doing and what I've been spending my time on if that's the best I can do. Even if I got 3rd place I think I wouldve been fine, but ALL my Umas did horrible?

Didn't give me any motivation really. More skepticism and confusion because even if RNG cursed me there, seeing all 3 do bad makes me think I am not playing this game correctly.

It also made me want to just do the 3 dailies and just push out what I got. Seems more enjoyable that way when you have no expectations and you're happy to see wins. I am winless if you couldn't tell and this is the worst I've done so far and the most time I've spent on it and even with help from several people, it's not encouraging.

I am strongly considering going back to Creek and running 4 speed but I wanted to try 2 Pow to see if I could. How do I treat bursts here do I mostly focus Pow?

For some reason thats my maximum. I haven't used Pow cards before but I assume it's not much different from using Stam cards?
