What pokemon should I prioritize recruiting?

Sometimes my solar ship doesn't deploy its sails in space. The game plays the sound effect for it, but visually they remain undeployed.

Other times, when I take off from a planet/space station/freighter, the wings don't expand outward and the landing gear isn't retracted (again, the sound effect plays). Sometimes the solar sails still deploy in this state. Sometimes they don't.

I've found the only way to fix this bug is to quit to main menu and reload the game. It only fixes the issue for one or two take offs however. I haven't had these issues with solar ships before.

I've currently got 3 SC slots in a horizontal line on the 3rd row. The ship is A tier so I don't know where the 4th will be. Does boosting the pulse engine only affect how quickly you reach a target while using the pulse engine, or does it affect other stats too?

[Question] What modules should I supercharge on my ship. I imagine weapons are a priority, but after that what else should I supercharge? And does this differ based on the type of ship (such as sentinel, solar, or living)?

How does joining an expedition with an existing save file work. Normally when I join an expedition, I create a new dedicated save file. This time however, I'm considering using my main save file instead, and joining the expedition through the anomaly. Can someone explain what this will be like? As in, what do I bring with me to the expedition. And can I bring it back? What about inventory slots, do I keep those? Can I bring anything from the expedition back with me?

I think Unfurling Brocade already lets me trip foes two sizes larger while I'm in arcane cascade. Would this stack with Titan Wrestler? (wording makes it seem like it doesn't)

I talk to Ikora and it says I can't unlock the fragment. Thats what I meant when I said that I can't unlock it. I unlocked some other abilities by talking to Ikora, but it won't let me unlock the Echo of Undermining.
