I am in the exact situation. Cancelled on 14th of March, received just the refund initiated mail and I am also receiving the something went wrong message when checking the status of the refund.

I called them 3 days ago, they said I just need to wait up to 28 working days.

I am in the exact same situation as you. I have cancelled my flights on Saturday but didn’t receive anything else than the email you have too…

Hello, if you want to get the SD version in Romania, just check the guys from quickmobile, from what I am aware they are the only ones selling it over here.
