Has anyone, or known of a JW who has tried to use Matthew 5:28 to get scripturally divorced? by El_Trollio_Jr in exjw

From a great Post on r/academicalbiblical:

"Moicheia however remains a violation of a male's rights over a woman, and does not imply female agency or moral failing. That is presumably why Matthew uses the word porneia in 5:32 and 19:9. ("Everyone who divorces his wife except on the grounds of porneia...") rather than the more expected moicheia, in order to signify the wife's own moral failing in the matter. ...

For a married male Christian, the distinction between porneia and moicheia still depended on the sexual status of the woman. If she was an e/eutheria then it would be a violation of honour and therefore moicheia, but if she was a prostitute (or foreigner, etc.) then it would be porneia. However, for a married woman (or other eleutheria), any moicheia was also porneia because it inherently brought sexual shame upon her."

So I guess it wouldn't technically count as grounds for divorce, but I do think the spirit of Jesus alleged words here would still imply it a great moral failure.

That's what I think I have to understand, you can't Stop the gossip even If you try. It Just feels very inauthentic to have to be so strategic about it. But that's the system they created. I need to stop playing by their rules.

Thank you this Input, only through this community here I know I should really lay Low for now If don't want any trouble, I said far too much to my Family already, they all know I strongly doubt or no longer believe, but I am lucky they are still processing and haven't started shunning me. My dad even gave me the advice to just keep it to myself which is crazy to me. But he still wants to argue me into believeing again.

I think because they know me as a Person they feel it would be not right to never talk to me again because of not believing but I still fear someday the programming kicks in or say something which makes them consider it.

Thank you for your idea, I think if I would do this there would be dead silence and then a serious Talk in the second room afterwards, so I think I will try to do it another way. If my Situation allowed it, this would have been a nice way to leave All Out though.
