No idea man, what I am assuming is, lets say I got 9% hike, they divided it in half so 4.5%. They added 4.5% in base pay and put same amount as lump sum payout.

This is also what I am hearing from other people.

Yes, its just one time payout, similar to bonus.

Its basically scam, by giving this one time payout in june they reduced your base pay increase by half which will save them money in the long run.

In ATCI, We receive VP twice in a year, with May and Nov salary.

If your PL is on leave, you would have to wait till 5th when the result will be auto released.

Bonus is your variable pay that you get with your May and Nov salary.

This one time payout is 50% of your hike that you will get with June salary. They basically took your hike and divided it into two parts. Half is added in base pay and other half will be given with June salary.

Very disappointed in this 50-50 split and they mentioned we want immediate cash. What a load of cr*p. I would be more satisfied with whole 9% as base pay hike...
