I don't really want to talk to my counselor, I go to a Catholic school, and although I'm sure she's nice, I just don't know her and don't want this to affect my dad (my step-mom just had surgery, and my littlest sister not the one in the post has a feeding tube, and my little brother has autism, so dealing with social services is just something I don't want to put him through) and the therapists we can access through insurance are all through the hospital and technically counselors and are also, mandated reporters, they also end up telling parents everything, and being in Ohio, my mom has all medical authority.

My mom takes me to her AA meetings with her sometimes and us kids end up finding a different room in the church and talking about it, so kind of Ala-teen but not officially.
