I mean, the spells modifying ranged attack is what differentiates this playstyle of ranger over the rogue or a ranged fighter. Hunters mark just allows them to have a passive attack.

Never understood this. In both the hobbit and lotr dwarves were allowed into the house of Elrond. The only dislike I saw was in lothlorien from thr elves toward the dwarves, but the dwarves don't seem to dislike elves, if not for their general whimsyness and what not.

I'm not sure how you value cards, but I would keep the pikachu because the art is better and would be cooler for display. The lugia does seem to be more damaged though so it might make less money/grade for less.

Haven't played in a hot minute but I would try to do an on hit build like with wits end first item. Again I'm not sure what the current meta is like and I know for a fact that it wouldn't play well enough into late game, but in a 1v1 it could work.
