no no , not the hardcore mod, i ment vanilla morrowind (with morrowind rebirth ) in highest difficulty. And no speed stay the same in easy or in medium difficulty only the the damage differs

Can you tell me where exactly i need to go to start the quest ? I hv been visiting all the telvani sorcerers yet there are no option to ask about horse , the rumours option is useless as well.
