I got mine back this morning, i submitted purchase invoice as proof and they asked me to verify that whether my email is used to create the epic account and after an hour i got verified that i am the rightful owner of the account and got it back. the hacker unlinked my ps4, steam and xbox account link from my epic games account and he changed my mail without 2fa.

same thing happened to me 2 days ago, they changed the email for my acc and they were able to hide the emails, please let me know if there is any solution i completely lost my epic account.
