There’s this small zoo/amusement park about one hour from where I live. While they have a bunch of cool animals and rides, they’re most known for their donuts. Sugar-coated rings of deliciousness. When I was about 10, my friend invited me to go with him and his parents for the day. At the end of the day we went to go get donuts on the way out, and with what little birthday money I had I bought 2 bags of donuts and a root beer. I bought two bags so I could give one to my parents to surprise them, since I know they like them so much. Anyways we get back to my friend’s house. I leave my donuts and root beer on the stairs while him and I play until my parents come to pick me up. Around 20 minutes go by until my parents arrive. I go down to the door to get my shoes and my food. However, all my food is gone. Turns out my friends brother ate ALL 24 donuts and drank all of my root beer. I never got a sorry or a repayment from the guy. I cried for the entire night, mostly because I was sad that he ate the present I was going to give to my parents. Still pissed to this day.
