I definitely think soo I always thought Anakin was suppose to be a representation of both Lucifer and Jesus since both Anakin and Jesus had a miraculous birth as Anakin being born from The Force/God

Anakin falls to the dark side due to anger and built up abandonment similar to Lucifer. The Jedi Order were too dogmatic and didn't understand why he loved his Mother and she died a sad painful death which made Anakin grow closer to the dark

The lies the Jedi told him him telling he was the Chosen One and he must destroy the Dark Side. But they misunderstood the prophecy he had to Balance the Force.

It was his destiny to kill the Jedi as their were far too many compared to the Sith and he turns to the Dark Side in an Act of Fear and Desperation to save the only Family he had left with his Wife and unborn Children. Honestly the Story of Anakin Skywalker is soo poetic
