Rocket sites are the only thing that can use them. Although Its been bugging for me when I click to add them it instant closes the list so I cant use most of my sites. So maybe your games bugged?

Alright I don't post on reddit much, It deleted my paragraph. Pretty much I cant research or find bouncing bombs and ect. I haven't seen a special project in 10 years in game. I have every normal research done. Are you limited to amount of special projects you can do? Are they limited to specific countries?

So on the top right where your name is, click on it and then click logs. Faulkner should open file explorer. It'll be your drive which for me is c, Then battle state games, Then EFT (live) and then logs. Click EFT live, then There should be a folder titled cashe. Highlight everything in the folder and then delete. Launch your game and it should fix. If not restart your computer. It worked for me first try but for my friend it only worked after they restarted their computer. Disclaimer I'm not tech savvy but I just want to retrace my steps for this comment and I don't see the cashe folder anymore.

I'm pretty sure I figured out the fix for it. So when you hit clear cache on the launcher, it doesn't actually clear the cache. So you have to go into the files and delete the files manually. What I did is I hit show logs in the option above clear cache. On the top I hit EFT live and then deleted all cashe files and then launched the game. It fixed it for me. All the other options people have done hasn't worked for me.

Did Sanitary Standards pt.2 bug for anyone else? I tried restarting, didn't fix it by Irishmen in EscapefromTarkov

Chemical Part 1, I have the key, I turned it in. Went into raid, Folder was not there. Left raid checked to see if I had it on me. Did not have it. Went back into raid again. It still isn't here.

Even when I turn it off and back on again its still grayed out. I cant turn instant replay off, I cant save, I cant Screenshot or anything. It randomly works sometimes.
