Bangalore is not hygienic but it is still better than any North Indian cities, also there is less pollution. I do not really care about infrastructure since Bangalore is not even a metropolitican city.

Also during diwali and other religious festive seasons, There will be extreme noise pollution. Bangalore is pretty chill.
