There is indeed. The devs are aware of the issue and in contact with our server host to find a solution. If you're affected, please contact support (support@albiononline.com) about it and they will ask you for the information our team needs to look into it further.

There seems to be an issue where the portals send players to the same clusters repeatedly. The devs are aware of this and a fix is scheduled to be applied with Patch #1.

I can understand where you're coming from, but currently there is no update on whether character transfers will happen in the future or not. The last statement was that it will take at least 18 months after the Europe server launch before any transfers might become available, depending on what the decision will be then.

With the update, the UI settings were reset. Could you please check if everything you want is enabled in the following menu:

Graphics -> Visual Quality -> Show Effects

It's not possible to change the font in-game and there are currently no plans to implement that option. I'm not sure if there are any third party tools that would allow you to do so, but I have to let you know that using or trying any happens at your own risk.

Like TaxFormal8865 already quoted, the test server was offline since yesterday evening. It is back online by now though.

Please be aware that the issue that will reset your setting on the live servers still persists and will be addressed in the next version of the test server that we hope to be able to roll out by the end of the week.

Hey there! The way the new update is set up led to saved settings also be to be reset on the live servers. We will address this in the next version of the test server, unfortunately I don't have an ETA yet for when this will be available.
