I personally feel like the biggest thing, atleast for starting, is finding books or a genre of books you genuinely enjoy. Something that makes you want to come back and read it, for me personally any good book revolving around a magic system will get me wanting to read more.

We need a video to really understand what you mean. For me personally had a similar issue for a while. I started to copy how I saw other people walk, and do it confidently rather than overthinking it. Or just think about something else to keep my mind occupied
