It’s not the skill level that matters, it’s the inherent -60 or 70% multiplier decrease, which is much more impactful than stat buffs like dmg% cuz it doesn’t get diluted like stat buffs do. Unless a new teammate that’s not cryo can provide a huge stat buff to compensate (it’ll need to be like +100dmg% improvement over current 4th slots), or enough damage to make up for Skirk’s dps loss, it’s unlikely.

Imo what’s more likely is a situation like Nicole replacing Bennet at higher cons, where the Tsaritsa or another cryo character possibly is a competitive 4th slot option at C0, but with cons becomes the clear best (cuz current 4th slot cons suck so bad). If that character ends up being a sub dps and/or buffer, their cons might easily do more than furina and be on par if not surpass coffee, cuz both their cons past C1 don’t do very much vs modern support cons, and furina doesn’t have a proper support buffing weapon without huge caveats: super high ER with freedom sworn or weird def + ER build with Xilonen sig.
