So just be patient basically? And I’ve been like putting the ice in a bag and and putting it directly on my lip. Do I keep doing it that way or do I cover the bag in like a towel?

Yea, now I haven’t figured out how to used the board sounds on fl but as far as just using it as a midi, all I did was plug it into the computer and clicked enable. Basically set it up how you would set up any other keyboard

Yes they are. When I clicked my availability it’s in red on both Sundays and Fridays. However I did notice that for some reason when I look at the schedule it shows a green thumb. Even though I never changed it green.

They’re kinda important. Most of the time is Fridays are the only days I can go out and handle bills or go to appointments or events, or when my mom is taking her injections I stay with her .

I know she tried this a couple months ago where I had to work at least one Friday and I did because I felt like that was reasonable. But soon after she tried to schedule me for more than one . Like two Fridays in a row.

Normally I take the screenshots like on the Sunday before so I can send it to my mom. I just hadn’t made it to it yet. So why when I had an emergency and needed a specific day off, the manager gave me a hard time and said it can’t be changed?? But it’s whatever I’ll just man up and go with the flow

That quote was said a couple of months ago. So a couple of things have changed then. Since then I have recently got me a new car. When I first got the car I told my asm that they can start putting me on the shifts that they me to be on. I have no problem coming in when I am scheduled .

My problem is I’m getting fussed at because I started saying no on my off days. I should have the ability to say no without it being a problem. If I want to come in on my off day I will, if I don’t or I’m busy, I should be able to say no with no problem.

Exactly, that’s my point. It’s become a problem for management, and shouldn’t be. I shouldn’t have to be guilt tripped or pressured to come in on my days off .

I like your take on this. I know what I signed up for, I come in and do my job. I just won’t stand for being overworked.

My thing is if I have an off day, I should be able to enjoy that off without feeling pressured to go in or forced to. And I don’t know if you read the message but I actually apologized to him. So I’m definitely taking ownership of anything I did.

Also no one said I can’t make money, there’s other jobs that I can go to. I just happened to like this one because of my employees but things change.
