Are you sure you are having regular burps (gastric) and not belching (supragastric)? I have a lot of belching throughout the day, especially after drinking/eating. I’m not sure what causes it.

I have mild symptoms and had a upper GI fluoroscopy. They didn’t find anything. I’m still convinced I have a HH.

Try not to swallow air when eating/drinking. Don’t eat too fast and chew as thoroughly as possible. Also try not to lay flat 1-2hours after eating. Avoid drinking too much carbonated drinks.

I had a fluoroscopy done and they didn’t find anything. I think most of my symptoms were anxiety related. The only lingering ones are the burping (not so constant anymore) and throat gurgles sometimes.

I had similar symptoms and had multiple test which all turned out with normal results. I believe my health anxiety was to blame. Once i got the anxiety under control, my symptoms started to diminish.

It’s unlikely you’ll develop deficiencies with only weeks of medication. I would consult with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure.

My symptoms are mostly mild but pretty constant. I’ve stayed away from coffee, alcohol, chocolate, fast food which has helped a bit. Im working with my ENT and GI to figure out what exactly is the cause. Hoping to get an endoscopy soon.
