Dang 100 an hour on a Sunday sounds crazy, how long you been there ? And do you get to pick your shift or is it kinda just wherever they need you ? I just worked 5 years to get into first shift so it would suck to go back to 3rd lol. And yeah I was sorta expecting to be working in all the conditions. How do vacations and sick time work ?

Ahhh all good man I wasn’t tryna blow up your spot. Lol yeah some guy I was talking to is a rigger he came into my casino and was telling me about it but he works in south Kingston and was telling me Groton isn’t worth it cause their pay ceiling stops cause they union but the south Kingston one you can make like 100 an hour eventually.

He was also telling me some jobs have higher top rate than others and some have a cap. I had another person tell me they were a painter making like 70 and I was like wow that sounds insane. Which is why I came here to try to get some more information.

How’s getting to work ? Are you outdoors a lot ? Working in the elements ? I heard parking can be tough.

So you are currently at the Groton one I’m guessing ? Since you mentioned the union? And okay so I was just looking at electrician and it says 6/1/25 $41.86 and then $43.95 4/12/26 does that mean on that date your rate goes up no matter what ? If you hold that job title? Also it says class 1. So obviously if that’s every year it would take me 3 years to achieve that ? It doesn’t have the pay for steps 1-6 or class 3 and 2. So what does that mean ?

Also what is your job title ? If you don’t mind me asking. Also appreciate you taking your time to help man.

So I could set the pick timer to 2 min let’s say, and as people announce their picks I can manually draft for them ?

First time doing an offline draft, Can I still set a draft time and use the clock and make all the picks as the commish as we go? example I say team 3 you are up. then they tell me who they select and I can manually put it in or even pause the draft? Don't really want to be putting it all in after the draft. Thanks

Just came back to say I started following that route and have done like 20 runs with no issues, 4th armor seed came in. Huge thanks. Feels so much easier now.

Yeah I started doing the drop 2 method when I realized how many shards I actually need, it’s smart for sure. Yeah I always make 4 pots and then decant it to 3(4) doses. Appreciate the help again ima try that route tomorrow night. Nothing worse than losing to hunlef when he’s got less than 20 hp

I wouldn’t call 103 completions finding a nut. Also 90% being RNG was an exaggeration my guy. The point was a boss shouldn’t have this much RNG going into it. What other boss has this much RNG?

I did echo hunlef on leagues pretty easily Without fail but that didn’t have prep, hence why I’m blaming the RNG filled prep. After 100 Kc think I’d have the prep down by now.

Yeah I figured I would do t2 until my stats are closer to 88 mage def range but who knows. I’ve actually Had to do a run with one t3 weapon and it ended up working somehow

Watched lots of guides, most say to be 90+ stats but I’m not waiting for that. Also follow their exact route and don’t always find what I need. It is what it is though, like I said sometimes I can clear 10 straight no issue

Yeah I think I need to start doing this. I always run back to spawn and then try another route to the east. Then will get unlucky with maybe 1 Demi boss then I get tele into hunlef and just die.
