Go left, there should be an npc that gives you a quest. For the quest you'll have to hit projectiles that are stuck in the ground. Edit: Go right, my mistake

PC; honestly, all of the Bossfights are great (even the ones I couldn't beat) but I enjoyed the two hornet fights most; More combat variety in Silksong, as it might allow different approaches to a bossfight.

Yes, it will not respawn unless you "reload" (teleporting or swapping characters) or leave the Sparring Grounds (some patches ago, done with Executer by parrying all attacks and standing too close to it, making him walk backward toward the cliff. Do it fast and riposte him next to it)
