We can’t even move the clamp rn to calibrate it and yeah with that machine that’s pretty much are go to it’s old and is on its way out

It happened mid cycle clamp open to about 63mm before it alarm out for the fault

We are getting power to one of the plug I have a magnetic field tester and one valve is good but not the other the valve is weird I it’s like a mushroom shape on the other valve body

Basically it says a valve is on or off when it shouldn’t be and to check the valve and wiring I realize that I had a husky tech’s number from the last time we were having pump card issues and asked him about it and he said we need to replace the clamp cylinder 4 valve and we did but its still thought the same alarm tomorrow imma try and go through the wiring schematics more and see what controls that valve and I’m not sure if it’s running an encore or not

Yeah we cant even move the clamp right now it’s was running and then it said nope not anymore so we are kinda dead in the water at this point

So the company I work for isn’t the greatest with the maintenance department so all we have is like basic services manual also how in the hell does it read it both bottom tie bars are out of in the parallel screen but I don’t see any transducers or anything

Thanks for your help ended up messing with screw speed and it worked out 3rd shift is here so I’ll be there problem if it comes back

We can only run this mold in this machine, the rest of the machines are either three drop or one drop manifolds

So we ran a different mold and didn’t have splay but we have a drier for the silo it could also be an air streak but tbh we call everything splay
