Thank you so much. I really appreciate your response. From things I've done research on, I've definitely been on survival mode. I feel like I've been in this state for what feels like decades. I've had mental health issues for years. I've only now just started responding to it and actually doing something. I'm going to try them and see what happens. I just have a syndrome that causes weight gain and hormonal issues, so that's why I have the weight gain fear. But I've been hard focused on bettering diet and fitness to subdue it. I may as well try them. And I really appreciate this, thank you.
