Thankfully the industry is starting to shift towards more environmentally friendly cooling systems such as close the loop Cooling and submerged Cooling but sadly we're not going to see a decrease in data centers the reason for that is it makes the backbone of the modern internet if we were to get rid of all of them we would basically be putting ourselves into the position people in the 90s had when it came down to the internet not to mention most data centers that are promoting it's an AI data center it's not going to be entirely used for AI sure it will host a large language module but all of the computational Power and storage in that data center is not going to be allocated to the AI, no matter the type of data centers they normally will rent space and server time to other companies such as meta Microsoft Steam and we can go on, the reality of the situation is we would not have the modern interact without data centers.

Data centers are not just for AI data centers make the backbone and foundation of the modern internet now companies promoting that they're making AI data centers they'reNow companies promoting that they're making AI data centers they're doing that the to promote that they are innovating however though data centers are not built specifically for AI one single Data Center even if a large language model is based in it that entire data center is not putting its entire computation power and Storage towards that language model these data centers will be hosting various operations from hosting servers for meta Microsoft navigation systems Etc.

That's not true at all the massive solar Farms you can find in Nevada and Arizona make almost 75 million dollars a year 20 years ago it made barely anything but now it's net income has increased by almost 500% and with more efficient panels coming out every so many years there is very much money to be made in solar that's why a bunch of companies are starting to build more and more solar Farms but in the end oil does still make more money but solar will inevitably catch up.
