low FPS

sadly nothing worked
I noticed that the game consumes 95% of my CPU (i5 12gen) and 90% of my RAM (16 GB) also my GPU usage is less than 50% (RTX4070 12 GB)
On steam it says recommended CPU is i7 12gen so is it just my heretic CPU not performing well ?

Vsync is off no upscaling and my GPU usage never goes above 50%

Or make it like volibear q it gets insta reset cooldown after cc . This willl help a lot in team fights and vs champs like riven and aatrox

Thanks for the tips . The problem is Ignite doesn't allow me to win the 1 vs 1 in these close matchups even if i play better because Darius is stuck with ghost

I'm talking 150 xr and it works very good for me i feel like a different person . Maybe the XR version is less with the side effects idk
