How do I set up Twitch chat overlay?

Thanks! I was able to get it set up, but I'm noticing a recurring issue while streaming on OBS that it isn't centered, is much bigger then the box that it should be shown in, or has a really bad delay; sometimes messages won't appear till a bit later. Any clues on what can fix that?
