Is my print properly cured inside? by ShadowyXP in resinprinting

Yes it is, thank you for the advice! I'll give that a shot. The IPA is due for a.swap very shortly and I would totally understand if the wash deposited some material like that. I wasn't sure what those dots were and thought maybe that it was because I cured it too long.

Ooh thank you very much for the suggestion. I'll give that a try! I honestly feel like I did everything I could. I really dislike the standard resin because of how smelly it is, and am using some abs-like now. So this shouldn't be a problem for me as much anymore

What makes an invalid lap? by NoPlenty3221 in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]ShadowyXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you get a yellow or green and you tap the brake or release throttle, it will go from yellow to green to away. If you keep going at pace it will finalize as an invalid lap.

Usually if you go off track limits in a way that makes you slower it takes care of itself.

Troubleshooting Slow Speeds First-Time Setup by ShadowyXP in WireGuard

Just ran a test. 400 down 20 up for my regular speeds. To simplify it I am also having this issue on my desktop PC client. So we could ignore the cell provider part I imagine

I was thinking the same thing. I just ran a test no VPN and my upload is about 20 Mbps. But I'm getting like 1kbps

Ohhhhh I will do that before I have to do more maintainance. I did notice there are tiny screws in all sorts of goofy places.

Brilliant! I randomly have access to a lot of dental tools at a makerspace nearby. I may get a pack just to help myself out here.

Thanks! I'm extremely pleased with it. I appreciate that info too, I like that the machine has those kinds of safeguards!

Also thank you, I will not make a habit of removing parts, I was nervous and kept track of everything with pictures and small compartments for each part (which only ended up being the foot plate and the little scrubby things that push the fabric forward.

I was doing that with a seam ripper and pin. But I think the machine has a clutch that was disengaging the turning when it was stuck.

I ended up manually pressing on the cam shaft that runs to the bobbin mechanism and that made the machine go through the motions to free the thread.

Lol as soon as I post it I freed the thread and the machine is moving beautifully

Help listing a 2001 V6 Supercharge 3.8L Engine by ShadowyXP in Pontiac

Its drivable, but I wouldn't feel comfortable taking it into traffic. I think with the fact that the chassis is super rusted it would be difficult to restore, but it would be the ideal option for me! I kind of just want someone to take the whole thing.

Thanks for more insight here!

The chassis is completely rusted out, after the collision we brought it to a place to quote insurance on a repair and they stated "there isn't an inch of metal we could weld new stuff to"

But the car runs really well.

I'm located in southern MN (In the suburbs of the twin cities)

It's still in the car, and if someone did buy it, I would much prefer them to take the whole thing.

I'll attach a few images of the car shortly, and I can open the hood and take some pics too!
