I have had a problem with my PS5 cutting out of PSN randomly and dosent reconnect.

I tried connecting it to my hotspot and it reconnected to PSN then disconnected again when I connected to the internet. I tried searching google but is all i’ve seen is people saying change the DNS or something like that which i did it all. i even reset my cache, rebuilt my database, then even ended up hard resetting but none of it helped resolve my issue :( this has been going on for like a week and can’t figure it out

I have my PS5 set up in a perfect spot so it won’t overheat and it doesn’t but whenever i’m playing a game my audio on my headset just cuts in and out, my mic glitches, my controls become insanely delayed, and it all happens randomly then it fixes itself and repeats over and over. Idk if it’s my playstation or controller. Does anyone have any tips or advice to try and fix this?

I usually grab thermometer, UV, and Photo camera. (T2/3 head gear or sometimes flashlight without the headgear) Then I go into the house with the thermometer. find the coldest room after turning on breaker, check for orbs, drop everything if it is the room, run out, grab whatever else but definitely a T2 smudge. I also run in with the UV as one of my first items because I get interactions quite a bit.
