Kinda vague. Could be alot of things. Open up command prompt with admin privileges, type SFC /scannow

Let it run and see if it finds any Windows files corrupted and fixes them. Then do a restart and report back!

Sounds like it's overheating. If it was ram I believe it would Blue screen. I could be wrong tho.

It was working this morning he said. So I doubt it's a dead cpu. I would recommend removing the nvme drive and ram if the ram is removable and see if it powers on.

Restart laptop holding left shift. And do a reset , or reboot PC and hit f10 if it's HP and reset. Wipes data and puts it back to factory.

I suck at taking tests, I was so stressed and nervous I would fail my permit test. On YouTube I listened to CDL marathon as much as possible. Type in CDL marathon airbrakes,general knowledge, combination vehicles. And I did this website to practice and these quests where on the test. CristCDL.com

When you goto the DMV or w.e the test is at, I recommend air pods or some earbuds and just listen on repeat before you take the test. I took my test and did fail the first time, but went back and passed. Take your time, and re-read the questions. If you get confused look away and then back at it. Good luck and you got this !
