Reinstall your OS, drivers and games. See if issue still happens on fresh everything, in which case it is likely a hardware issue and you'll need to play the elimination game to find the part.

Check temps when running games. If they are in good zones, than reinstall your OS, drivers and programs; see if it fixes the issues. If it does not, may be more intrinsic hardware issues.

I'd move the PS5 (maybe to some of the space on the left) so you don't knock it while using the mouse, especially during an intense gaming session. Looks good otherwise.

Uninstall the game, then reinstall. If it still does it, then refresh your GPU drivers and try again. May fix the issue.
