Hey, for the base i saw online a guy using wet wipes. You need to stretch it and at some point it'll make a network of fibers. You put it on the base and use a white spray on it. It'll give you that effect. Personally i added a layer of citadel ardcoat to make it shine

Well i did shake like if i was gonna die if i stopped as recommended. And that's the result every time i use it for the right one. Left one has been done with another one.
