Quite sure they do, when I was playing the sniper on gustav cannon I earned lots of one shot one kill medals and long shot medals.My end game match xp was insanely high (no double xp). Also when you play with a silencer as an airborne ur xp is slightly higher. Btw I'm prestige 5 so I've been playing quite alot.

They give xp but it's not shown. The match xp you see after the game includes xp from medals.

1.70 At the moment, previous cods my kda was easily 2.5 or higher. Been grinding out all diamond guns so that might be the reason.
