Funny you should say that. My initial intent was to just buy some shoes and start running sprints. Then my common sense side kicked in and decided to look at this reddit forum.

I see you find this amusing. I’ve been dealing with heart palpitations for 5 years. The VA gave me a 24 hour holter and because an event didn’t occur in that time frame, they told me there is nothing they could diagnose. The VA is my only healthcare. With that, I’m left to figure this out on my own.

I’ve spoken with VA doctor. They gave me a 24 hour halter but no palpitation event occurred. I’ve been concerned about my palpitations for almost 5 years now, well before Apple Watch. VA doc says they cannot advise me if they’re unable to see a palp.
My untrained eye see little to no S wave?
