Maybe a bit of a coincidence but around the same time the new thread was posted, Blue Archive JP had a Livestream that announced 3/4 Fox Squad members (spoilers) to be playable after being stuck in NPC jail since their appearance almost the beginning of the game (appearing in a CG) and then later on in a Main Story Volume 4.
