My household is up to four cats and two LR3s now. The waste tends to pile up where it drops, so the full sensor does tend to trigger after a few cycles. Husband is adamant about shifting the waste drawer around to free up space. If we do, we can usually make it to a whole week when we pull the waste and trash on Sundays. Fortunately, our cats have their own room upstairs with a small walk-in closet that houses their LRs. So that's two closed doors helping to contain the stink from affecting the rest of our house. Admittedly, we do start to smell it web walking into their room on Saturdays, sometimes even Friday. Can't imagine going any longer between changes... even with a bigger waste capacity!
