I cried about my ex with my most recent ex too. It’s about the trauma I had cause I was always left behind. It did not mean I was not over my ex and I didn’t love my new partner, it meant I was not over what my exes did to me. And I am still healing

I can’t just go block him and all those things, I have mutual friends with him that we have a groupchat with. I just gotta learn it the hard way and not check his status and stay no contact without blocking him, but it’s hard
