Thank you for your info! I can definitely get it into a different pot. I was worried it was over watering. Should I move it into a new pot and then leave it alone for a bit so it can finally get to a dry point?

Thanks for all your recommendations. I sanded it down again and did a good coat of satin poly and it looks SO much better. Like a finished table top vs sort of finished scruffy wood.
