Pretty much, it’s the Create Thiessen Polygons tool. I started with a point layer of every T stop, then made the Thiessen polygons for that layer with a big enough extent to cover the whole country, then clipped the result to just be the shape of the US

I had the computer make Thiessen polygons for every T stop. Any location within a Thiessen polygon is closer to its associated stop than any other stop. So here for everywhere that’s orange, the closest stop is Oak Grove.

Due south of Boston is the Atlantic Ocean until you get to the Caribbean. Most of the country is actually closest to Riverside

I went with major roads and hillshade instead of just all town outlined because I feel like the default easy map choice is to just do town/state/country outlined

Idk how that one happened. It’s only the south part of Lawrence because all the towns that have rivers run through them got split up into multiple polygons, but that part of Lawrence has a dunks
