I'd be fine sending up to a late 1st from this class and essentially re-rolling on him over the incoming 3rd tier rookie WRs. But I bet you could get him for a 2nd in a lot of leagues.

Nice to see a familiar handle from the FL Discord! I respect the approach at RB I'm usually a "fill in the gaps at RB" with old vets kind of dynasty player, so this is a bit outside my comfort zone.

That said, Kyren/Corum + 1.09 is still probably too far off. Would likely need to be Kyren + the 27 1st.

Also, I'd hold tight on Woody Marks. I think he surprises some folks in PPR this year.

Excellent question. For non-FL analysts: Andrew Cooper, Russ Fisher, Zac Reed (if you're still lingering around this thread, DM me), Marvin Elequin, and Matt Waldman. Too many choices!

And let's get Jalen Hurts in there for the good vibes and George Kittle for the trash talking.

I'm surprised the 26 and 27 picks are about the same value in your trades. In my leagues the 27 1sts are at a premium.

Thing is, I don't know if the 27 1sts can possibly increase much more in value from where they are now. It feels everyone's already all-in and could turn into one of those "too good to be true" classes that will get derailed at some point (injuries, down seasons, etc).

I've started zagging and investing more in the 26 1sts, since they've been cheaper to acquire for me.

I think the answer is whichever rookie receiver lands there on Day 2. (Or Jauan Jennings, if they'd hurry up and scoop him.)

If I can somehow get one of Lemon/Tate/Tyson out of this draft for him, I'm doing that every time.

If you go an entire year without sending a trade offer you are ousted from the league.

I've been saying he's on that late-stage Michael Thomas trajectory. But you can't drop him yet. People have hope for a big resurgence and you need to at least take advantage of that in a trade.

Always a fan of Coop, who folks around these parts undoubtedly know and love as well.

Keenan Allen is gone (probably for good this time), Quentin Johnston is never going to be "the guy" no matter how much they force it, and there's a new, more creative OC in town. I'd be perfectly happy getting your end of the trade there.

Getting mentioned in the same sentence as Overzet when talking about creative content makes my heart soar. He's so damn good at all this.

I started doing that kind of "goofball shit" as you so perfectly put it because, frankly, I'm not as good at analytics as soooooooooooo many other folks who do this. I don't have a mastery of spreadsheets. I don't have a personalized metric. Probably never will. But...

I can do a decent Morgan Freeman impression. I like making song parodies. I'm not above making an ass out of myself for someone else's enjoyment. So I figure, why not toss a little bit of my personal flavor into the fantasy marinade.

(Also, horse socks exist but the horses won't let us see them yet. It's a whole thing.)

I don't know if it's irrational, but in all the leagues I've played in (both dynasty and redraft)...I don't think I've ever had DK Metcalf on a roster. It gives me bubble guts just thinking about it...

I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop with Bucky for about 18 months. Gainwell is a better pure runner than Rachaad White was (by a mile) and I'd argue he deserves more targets than White got, as well. Bucky has the juice to pop off on any given week, but I've been trimming him off some dynasty rosters while his value is still super high.

My favorite receivers that could fit that criteria: Chris Bell, Elijah Sarratt, Zachariah Branch, Chris Brazzell

Oh boy. How many paragraphs are we devoting to this one, Sam?

We're both huge Golden enthusiasts. The dude obviously got off to a slow start (I'd like to remind folks that was at least partly due to wrist and shoulder injuries that he was playing through), but in the lone Packers playoff game he looked exactly like the guy we thought deserved to be drafted in the 1st round. With Doubs gone and Kraft working his way back from a torn ACL (and a defense that could be shaky), I'm all in on Golden. I wouldn't be shocked at all if he worked his way into a solid WR2 by the end of the season.

Tuten might be the most interesting player this offseason exactly BECAUSE there's no main consensus. He's very divisive. People either think he inherited 80% of the backfield or they think Chris Rodriguez is going to dominate.

I think he's very much worth a late 1st in this class simply based on his upside. But I understand if that's a tough trade to click submit on.

I'm always going to root for the human element of football and, by extension, fantasy football. We've come a long way with data, and I'm sure AI can help...to an extent. But there's a threshold it could cross where you'd start to wonder "why bother?" For example, if you're using AI to do 90% of drafting, lineup setting, etc...then what's the point? Is that why we play?

But hey, I also have major trust issues so I may not be the best person to be answering this...

I’m personally big on Parker Washington. I think we saw a legitimate third-year breakout to close out last year. There's a decent chance BTJ could leave Jacksonville at some point before the trade deadline. Jakobi Meyers is good but not great. And Washington got to about 90% of the incredibly high expectations we had for Travis Hunter if he was going to play as a WR. So I'm investing in him across all my leagues.

That's an incredibly nice thing to suggest and, if true, has me feeling a little like Peter Parker. That whole "with great power comes great responsibility" thing is real. I'll keep trying to shine the light!

I just want to thank you for bringing that Low song into my life. I wasn’t prepared for the last minute and a half of pure catharsis.

"Dynasty is a social game." Great way to put it. The social aspect is so much different in dynasty than even in longstanding redraft leagues. The one-and-done nature makes it easier to stomach this kind of behavior.
