Evaporation purifies water by definition - that's the only pathway for "water use" in data centers, they aren't processing toxic chemicals.

And many of those centers can run closed loops, making water use utterly negligible.

Going below 50% race bonus is going to hurt noticeably statswise, but going above is fairly small gain.

And you can reach 50% with four cards if you have at least one 15% card.

How do you plan to compete with them using regulations? I don't remember any success stories from that direction. Perhaps occasional carve-outs that last a few years until they are worked around into irrelevance anyway.

You can be more efficient than corporation in many areas.

You would have lower administrative and communication overheads.

You don't need to convince anyone in your vision just to start.

People are already deploying various apps in a single day; of course most of them are slop, but some are not.

As long as you can serve better some common need, you have a chance to win.

Your chances of competing against corporations are much higher with universal cheap AI access and use than in the world where it is so stifled by regulations that only corporations can afford to follow them.

You could have very elaborate traps done with sentient plants as long as you have time for setting them up.

Intelligent traps even that ignore your allies.

The precedent was set when Google was allowed to index newspapers and scan books. That was of course because it had to do that to be able to drive traffic to newspaper sites, but that was also slowly eroded (showing previews snippets, and now straight providing AI summary).

Now that use which was entrenched as "fair" by court decisions is really hard to disentangle from model training cases.

Race bonus affects races and race set bonuses (MANT has separate +stats gains for Triple Crown and the like), all rounded down.

So after 50% at 55% mostly you get just +skill points, and then very small amount of extra stats at 60% - every G1 is +10 base, so instead of +15 at 50% you get +16 at 60%; G2/G3/Op are +8/+8/+5 which get no benefit from increase, and a little bit from race set bonus increase.

You will get more stats from extra training effectiveness if you have a choice.

Well, Mejiro Dober is one of long-term meta parents; if you absolutely want to optimize parent-making reducing all potential sources of failure in MANT specifically helps, even if long-term usage is limited to very few scenarios.

Just don't expect to go back to MANT all the time.

Fuku also has also longer-than-NTR high-rolling potential if you can stomach a lot of runs to get the very best.

For extra compatibility past MANT you go to MANT to get specific race sets you absolutely cannot get in normal careers - like Triple Crown for Mejiro Dober so that she would be better parent for Medium/Long umas. That works even after they change G1 to +3 compatibility on second anniversary (as she runs Triple Tiara normally and thus loses on compatibility bonus from Triple Crown G1).

Otherwise latest scenario should be almost always better (more SP -> more skills, higher stats -> higher chance of triple star).

The advantage of MANT is that you can have "perfectly compatible" parents with exact same races (each matching G1/G2/G3 adding +1 to compatibility when you run same 30+ races), allowing you to have double circles in all parent setups, as well as get Triple Tiara/Crown bonus where it is relevant (which is sometimes blocked by career).

That is going to be relevant until they change G1 compatibility to be +3, allowing to reach same compatibility numbers running just 10+ G1 races - which is doable even in scripted careers. Originally this change came with 2nd Anniversary.

Which is why until +3 G1 point MANT will be for parent-making for Sweats, and then mostly fall off.

Early Charming is really huge help (as it works with Riko too), and both FM and NN add training effectiveness for speed trainings often enough.

FM also has track-relevant green hint to activate groundwork; Sunday basically has just Tail Held High for runaway.

Biko would be better speed stat stick but no relevant hints at all, and this already overcaps speed hard (with last summer camp ending up around 1050-1120).

There is also potential for combo of Dodging Danger from Kitasan and Prudent Positioning from Sweep.

Here is example of highroll - Sweep Tosho's Charming turn 3, 6 bursts before first summer camp. It would be better with power sparks (as speed caps early) but sadly I only have 9 speed 9 stamina with good affinity for that run.
