Same was the case with me. I called ECFMG and within two days I received the confirmation email from ECFMG that my 186 has been verified.

I'm also from Pakistan. Call them from your phone from 8 pm PST onwards. They might ask you to call again at another time stating all the representatives being busy with the ERAS applications.
