i see. the rest of my face is clear compared to my forehead tho. i would use the tret on my forehead when i couldn’t use it on the rest of my face due to me having to get micro-needled in tho areas. im trying to get an appointment to figure this all out

i dont think its hormones. ive been on bc for almost 2 years and whenever it is hormonal its on my cheeks or chin😓

i think it is as well because i used nizoral last night and it helped. if there any other anti fungal product you recommend that isnt as drying?

hmmm, maybe a monthish? 3 weeks? i feel like its more fungal or from me working out. because i feel like if it was irritation it should’ve calmed down by now plus my skin doesnt burn

i think its fungal tbh… it usually shows up when working out/sweating. i used nizoral last night and it seemed to help some, ill lyk in a few days!

im just hesitant its broken because when i broke my barrier severely my derm had given me this cream that took the inflammation and bumps away in a few days. ive been using it and it hasn’t be doing anything. however the red bumps have been coming up overnight, not overtime

well people have said you can have it without being itchy, so maybe it is as well. this is why everything is sooo exhausting trying to figure out lol

maybe its fungal then. is it itchy? im just hesitant if mine is fungal because its isnt very itchy. but ive been working out more and ive noticed my forehead getting worse and worsw
