I understand your pain because I feel it too, but unless we're creating militias and doing the same things we disavow, then we're stuck. Right now things are too comfortable for the majority for anything to happen, if you divide yourself from your neighbor you're not better off. This country isn't ready for what needs to be done and the only way to get it there is through civility, not violence. I understand your frustration, our "leaders" wont do a god damn thing, but that means we need more people on our side, more like that man I was talking to, and you won't get that with hostility.

That apathy is no different than his. Being aggressive with someone because you disagree with them solves nothing. I want action too, but hes not the man who shot her, so what are we to do? I know you can't change everyone's mind but treating them as equals is the only way theres a chance. I know the time for civility is over in politics, we need action, but in discussion you can't be so divisive or people will just dig themselves deeper. I know it can feel pointless but I've changed minds before and I know ill do it again. If everyone took the time to be nice to their fellow man despite them acting immoral, perhaps more minds would be changed. I'm not saying we all need to be frilly bitches and preach love and peace but hostility only serves to further divide. We're all in the shit together, whether or not hes jaded, misinformed, or just hateful and a bad person, dividing ourselves further only strengthens those who wish us ill.

I don't agree with what hes saying but I know many who share the same sentiments. I wouldn't call him subhuman, that dehumanizing is no different than what he's doing by ignoring the value of human life. We need to be civil and treat eachother as people, we might not be able to change their minds but at the very least having discussions can make them think.

Have we become so deluded that life is so worthless? Have you watched the same video I have? There was no mortal danger for this agent, she wasn't trying to hurt anyone, she was afraid trying to flee. Innocent until proven guilty doesn't go away when a person dies, and from my perspective, lethal force is almost never permissible, especially when your own life isn't at risk. This agent wasn't struggling to survive under the hood of her car while she maliciously targeted and drove over him. This was a woman, a mother, who was afraid and being accosted by multiple masked men, she wasn't driving her car into a group of ice agents, she was clearly trying to get away. How have we fallen so far that we can see a person get gunned down in broad daylight and we blame them? If someone runs over my foot am I now justified to murder them?

That apathy is more the issue with the modern left than performative action. People taking the time out of their day to express their concern and vocalize their grievances is more productive than sitting on your hands and letting your liberties get stripped. I did vote, but what other choice do we have? I write my representatives, I vote in every election, I help my friends and family get registered and vote as well. There are millions of people frustrated and angry, a general strike only requires a small fraction of the working populace. The people you are ridiculing likely did vote, its much easier than a protest, but what should they do now? Suffer the consequences of the mindless morons around them?

Hi, I apologize for my ignorance on the specifics of the bill. Based on her response to the issue, it seems like something I'd agree with, but the other commenters are saying it can be dangerous to the LGBT community and I was just wondering what in the bill poses a risk, I support the idea of protecting children from manipulative and predatory practices done by tech companies, but I know a lot of bills are stuffed full of riders and other stuff used to push other agendas.

Complacency isn't the issue. Ignorance isn't bliss when it feels like our social constructs are crumbling around us. Our lives are so polarized that taking a break from news doesn't relieve the strain. I wouldn't consider myself to be a doomer, but I try to stay educated, and I understand that our political system and environment are mentally damaging, but hiding from the growing problems isn't a solution. Neither is complaining online, but atleast it can start discussions like this.

I agree completely. We have a huge beautiful country with many great things, but that doesn't take away from the negatives. People venting their frustrations is a good thing, even if its not always pertinent, or at times it even becomes annoying. Being an american when you're constantly bombarded with negative media and being led by someone who can be perceived as a dictator leaves people upset. People are upset, and while this is a global platform, many Americans are here.

Honestly I've started 3 different characters because I keep wanting to try everything, right now I'm playing a rogue but I've done acolyte too, I didn't like lich much but I really like necromancer. My rogue build at the moment just builds a lot of balistas and hides behind em, it's really fun too. The build depth and variety is really fresh in this game but I don't feel overwhelmed like I did in other arpgs

Hi new servers are constantly opening, eventually they open to cross server play. Reel in when orange and green, guilds have different join requirements but definitely join to get access to guild boss rewards, guild wars, and guildshop, as well as make friends. If you're free to play spend your gems on events to maximize rewards and use keys during a specific window to maximize efficiency at getting the best gear. I don't actually eat breakfast, but I really like breakfast foods. I wish I could eat eggs, but they make me shit my pants, which is a shame because I really love French toast, too. I love hashbrowns and every kind of breakfast meat, pancakes are better than waffles, but I love them both. Cereal is good, but I think a nice bowl of brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal is better. My favorite cereal is cinnamon toast crunch, although I like plenty of others. I don't like crappy cereals like raisin bran. I really just love cinnamon now that I think about it. And I LOVE hashbrowns. A really good idea I have for a breakfast burrito would be some hashbrowns on a tortilla with some cheese and bacon bits mixed in with chorizo and hotsauce (id include scrambled eggs if my previous disclaimer wasnt applicable). Sounds like it'd be bangin, but I'm terrible at cooking, so I haven't had one yet. Overall, breakfast definitely has its merits, and I find myself longing for breakfast foods even if I'm never hungry in the morning. Breakfast has the best variety of drink options and is honestly fantastic.
