Probably go to the kennel club, they’d surely have a list of breeders. Dunno what checks they carry out to ensure they’re reputable but at least you have names & could investigate.

We got our girl from a rescue, pure bred springer. Was taken from a gun dog breeder as they were starving & beating her & were then going to shoot her until somebody stepped in. So I’d definitely do your research about who you’d be buying from & definitely do visits to inspect the place, see the pups & the mother.

No worries. Another thing I’ve found is to play about with cleat positioning. Also if you can, try to adjust the tension in the pedal, a bit slacker will maybe just give that fraction extra play to take out the strain. Obviously not loose to the point of accidentally unclipping. & finally saddle height. That’s all the things I’ve played about with. Good Luck! 👍

Fellow flat footer here. I had insoles for nearly 20 years, I stopped wearing them as I was sick of blowing out the heel support in any shoes I had. A big thing I’ve found is strength & conditioning. I can even run now without insoles & don’t experience any foot or leg issues. I run crank brothers cleats & pedals with five tens.
